I teach private childbirth education classes. The class is 10-12 hours long and costs $400.00.
I cover the process of labor, coping strategies, comfort measures, birth plans, unexpected outcomes, breastfeeding, postpartum mom and baby. These classes are tailored to meet your needs.
A childbirth refresher course is available for those who are expecting again.
3 hours for 100$ in your home or via zoom.
